For whatever reason, Max absolutely hates George. So that would be one spicy team combo

It's maddening to me how every single team always jumps straight for the hards when it's a drying race, as if mediums and softs don't exist, would would obviously be a lot easier to keep temperature in. Even when it's only for a couple of laps. Completely dumbfounded
When Ferrari is the only team making sensible choices, something has gone very very wrong

Russell at the end, but also everyone who switched to slicks between the bouts of rain in the beginning. They would have known more was coming, and it was temporary. Yet, still, straight to hards.. And it's far from the first race. I see this every wet race we have nowadays. Absolutely baffling

Laurent Mekies was the TP for Racing Bulls, and have seemingly done a fairly competent job at keeping the RBs in the midfield. Alan Permane will be taking over that position (I know next to nothing about either of these guys. Alan Permane used to be Sporting Director at Alpine back in 2023 apparently).
Unclear exactly why Christian was sacked, but he was on thin ice due to all the previous drama to begin with, and poor results this year could have been the tipping point. Although still weird to sack him mid season without anything specific to point to, after 20 seasons, 8 WDC and 6 WCCs built from nothing.
If we put our tinfoil hats on, maybe this could be a result of a yet unannounced Max switching to Mercedes
