If I'm reading the rules correct, only the winner gets the guaranteed UEL access. After that, it's the premier league ranking. Usually FA and League Cups go to top 5 anyway, which then causes the UEL positions fall to 6th and 7th of PL.
The ruleset wording is a bit weird, but that's how I'm interpreting it right now at least:

Season is over, at this rate the only way he goes is when he leaves himself as the board clearly dont want to pay him off it seems. Actual joke at how the club is right now an actual joke. What is even worst is they played like that vs West Ham after our emotional tribute to one of our favorite players and true Chelsea legend in Ray Wilkins, they then went and did that, play without balls again. We would have another 12 points if the team had balls this season and instead we are in 5th position staring at 6th place not 4th.

Yeah as Sneriac potined out my wording is wrong because offside doesn't exist as Milner played the ball. So therefore he ruled goal out for no reason imo.
