Are you serious? I'm saying that VAR should be able to be used to send a player off for that kind of challenge.
Are you ever able to post without sounding like you're foaming at the mouth?

VAR is absolutely used for tackles like this, it just isn't being tested/used this game

VAR is used for that? What is your point? You hate on VAR for a horrible tackle on one of your players just because?

I'm honestly not sure. Yes they can, this was a clear red card tackle so VAR could overturn it. It gets tricky when it comes to judgment calls where it is less clear, but even then VAR can ask referee to review himself and make his own decision in line with rest of his calls.
e: here is an example of VAR usage in a similar situation, a red card that was overturned into yellow

Interesting, I must have misunderstood when reading about it. The Guardian article from a couple weeks ago mentioned that VAR focuses on black-and-white mistakes in a few different situations, so I'm surprised that a yellow vs. red judgment call can be deemed a black-and-white mistake.
edit: thanks for the videos, I'm not a Bundesliga watcher so I was going off written articles. I'm pleasantly surprised.

Well it all still slightly iffy because so many people were unhappy with implementation so far, however specific to the tackle in this game it just feels like the referee didn't see how bad of a tackle that was and his decision was just focused on it being last man or not.

Arsenal never closing out any transfer window being winners. People thought Lacazette was a good transfer, look how well that turned out. Guy has like 10 goals in 30plus games and most of those goals were a hatrick vs Bournemouth or something. He has gone 10 hours without a goal etc. Miki was awful at Yanited people forget this, how is Arsene going to somehow make him godlike again?
Aubemeyang, now lets not get started on all the possibilities of failures he is going to be for £60million.....he wont be able to leave an go party in paris milan wherever as there is no time for "off days" during prem season, it is game after game.
Arsenal will have £110million worth of strikers at the club, plus Giroud who probs would leave i don't know he is injured iirc. I would still bet heavily on them failing to get top 5 let alone top 4.

I think Auba deal won't go through as Dortmund needs to find a striker.

Kicker, Ruhr Nachrichten, Bild, etc. all confirming it.
Said sources also claim that Batshuayi is going to be loaned to BVB for the rest of the season.

Pep clocking up £210 million this season spend.....just on DEFENDERS alone. I hope they get some clean sheets to back this up!

Arsenal can sign all the best strikers in the world, but they won't win the league without a quality DM.

Bye Musonda. Apparently an out of form Pedro still deserves more chances from the bench. Oh ya can't fault conte over his youth/rotation policy cuz giving Hudson odoi his debut means he is doing a good job blooding our youths...

Giroud's a quality player and I have no doubt he can link up well with hazard. But his pace, or lack of it.......I mean Phil Jones on his knees was even faster than him rofl

We don't want Giroud anymore. #FAKE NEWS
We put offer on table to Arsenal £15million, they took to long to respond, by the time they came back and said yes we said the offer is no longer on the table. We are desperate for Llorente, offered Spurs a swap deal and they said no. We are back to square one

Hey this is when Marina shines, she is dashing around the world in her jet, plugging in fax machines everywhere. She got this!
Also the Emerson Palmieri deal has been done for a while but hasn't been put through because we were waiting to see if could make it double deal with Dzeko. That deal is worth £17.6million! Which is fantastic business for a left back who last year was one of (if not the best) player in Roma, he is 23 and great potential, just last day of the season did his ACL and Kolarov has done ok this season so he has lacked bit of a game time. So we finally will have left wing back cover for Alonso.
Just need a striker or imo 2 but i think we will be lucky to get one xD
