Apparently NI had 0 shots on goal, in a home game, so after seeing this game, it might be an (un)lucky outcome, but not an undeserved one I think. (Disclaimer: Switzerland is usually my second team) Ugh I'm not sure on this one, I have a huge problem with a handball call if the ball would have hit the chest/head/any part of the player if the hand was in any other position. Add to that side angle where you can't really get arm out of the way and short distance. I guess the referee doesn't have the benefit of replay but I don't like this call at all.

He wasnt making the national team regardless. Especially a pre meditated kick to the head. I dont remember anyone ever going to jail for a bite. Kicks in the head though, thats happened. Might mean he just retires though.

After Blackpool's owners were found guilty in court of being general bastards, the FA removed a referee name Ben Toner from their match. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2017/11/10/referee-named-ben-toner-replaced-blackpool-game-following-high/ Referee Ben Toner has been replaced for Blackpool's League Two match with Portsmouth just days after a high court decreed that the Seasiders' owners, the Oystons, had operated an “illegitimate stripping” of the Lancashire club. The EFL say they have brought in Premier League referee Jon Moss to officiate the match due to the “increased attention” surrounding the fixture - but the timing of the decision has been met with amusement online. In a ruling handed down by Justice Marcus Smith on Monday, Owen Oyston and his son Karl were ordered £31m to buy out the minority shareholder Valeri Belokon because of “fundamental breaches” of their duties as directors. Given Toner's name, the decision to appoint the Lancashire-born referee was the subject of some amusement on social media.
