Yeah exactly what i thought, put Sanchez on the left instead of Iwobi and go all out with Lacazette up front. He would have finished that chance Ramsey had and gives them more options from heading chances.

Ooooh.. should have checked the results...

Just recalled everyone saying they lost the tiebreaker... but probably it always meant they dont have it anymore instead of outright losing on tiebreaker...
