i read on ESPN McG just signed a 6 fight deal. Of course, he can just quit any time during that deal.
i used to think McG was one of the best pre-fight promo talkers ever. Now, I think he swears too much; it dilutes/obfuscates whatever he is trying to say. If you have something really cool and insightful to say its most effective with zero swearing. Khabib's iron chin survived Michael Johnson catching him repeatedly in the 1st round of their fight. Khabib's chin will get tested against the best striker in the division.

i agree with Dominic Cruz' analysis of the Johnson-Khabib fight... Khabib was hobbled... and its that fight that i'd be watching the most as a point of comparison.

He took some damage, but he took it like a champ and it stopped him for a couple seconds at best in the entire round, so yeah his chin is pretty amazing. That being said, Conor is another beast when it comes down to ring control, and boxing pressure. If he's able to effectively touch Khabib, he's not just only going to sit in the middle of the ring.
I still have Khabib winning the fight as long as he puts down Conor once, or he doesn't die in the first two rounds, which is likely to me, but his weird ass chin up defence and shoulder rolling scares me every time.
