I was not happy that Bayern decided for Pep over Klopp (hoeness had last word).

Guardiola is over rated becaus Alvaro Morrata ran through 6 guys by himself and then the defenders failed to clear there lines for Pogbas. This is a bad performance but there is nothing tactically out of place. Both goals was players just being god aweful. Guardiola sadly cannot go play the football for them. Juve is also a very good team. Im sure Klopp wouldve laid out a line of champions leagues on a platter to Bayern with his fantastic record of winning 0 Champions Leagues. The guy has coached for 5 years total. Hes not going to win everything all the time. That would actually be terrible.

Klopp would have cost Bayern a fraction of what Pep has cost with probably the same return (three German championships).

Can be said for every Bayern team of the last 10 years too ![]()

I'm not saying Pep has done anything brilliant at Bayern in terms of results im just saying its not always his fault. + Show Spoiler + The Madrid game was his fault though. He got done pretty hard there. Was a total tactical fail. But thats one game against the eventual champions. What can Guardiola do about this magical touch from Alaba ? https://streamable.com/p88c Or Moratta bodying an entire midfield and sucking in the defense ? https://streamable.com/hxk7

All Guardiola has done these three years is buying midfielders and forcing them to play CBs
