Benitez should receive shit, but not from benching James as he is only back from an injury. He should receive shit for substituting Isco instead of lets say Casemiro when he needed goals, for bring in Jese instead of Kroos of all people and lose all midfield control, he should be receiving shit on the fact that Real Madrid plays with an underdog mentality when they should attack and dominate, so now there is no defense, no offense and against Sevilla no miracle maker Navas. God I miss Ancelotti
Yeah lol
konoplyanka tore them to absolute shreds. I didnt think losing Sergio Ramos would be that big a deal. As soon as he went off, Sevilla went off

And they should have actively participated in eliminating corruption instead.

Germany adopted psychological warfare with the new away kit, making any opponent want to look away from the german players.

I dont see anything particularly wrong with it. Unless its at the cost of something more important anyway. Atleast there is nothing scandalous there to want me to go "dabuluteeuf"

same story in almost every game. midfield is good, wings in combination with backs are constantly finding chances for good crosses but keep missing the target, striker(s) miss the few good chances they get, then one or two crucial mistakes from goalie / back 4 which ends up being converted.
0-1 is the best way to lose though. I think we looked so much better than Hungary overall this game (I think corner statistic was 15-0? and shots 21-6) that it's not impossible for us to win 2-1 in the rematch, but still, this sucked. :D

This isn't really something to be proud of... all that talent sold off to managers and profiteers, just looking at how many players from our under-21 World champion youth squad got sold for peanuts makes me sad
edit: Fucking OFK Belgrade are 19th on that list, last time they won our first league was in 39'. They are a once big club that basically have 50 people coming to their matches and live off selling players like Ivanovic and Kolarov for nothing. What they do is build a nice team, qualify for Europe, then sell all 11 players in the next transfer window and barely avoid relegation the next season. After which they build a good team again...

Barça was interested in Benzema for a long time when he was still super young and a rising star, but ended up deciding not to go for him because he was very likely to be trouble.
IIRC Balotelli was also kicked out of (or not accepted into?) Barça school at a young age because he was just too much trouble to deal with
