It's hard to give 100% when qualification is pretty much guaranteed, but all the other teams gave 100%, especially the Irish.

Way to beat Germany/Spain at the moment, give them free reign of the ball and counter them as both defenses are just average.

Yeah you could say that, heck I reckon hes more important. Even if Fergie was suspended for games his teams were so well put together they could win on autopilot.

Klopp has been welcomed to England via the press he enjoyed the hysteria that is a premier league press conference. One point he asked them to stop taking pictures due to couldn't hear the lady talk xD "I want to be sat here in 4 years times with a title, if not i will be in switzerland" lolol

I really hope England gets to play Spain or Germany in the next EURO's, because then you finally realize that England is still much worse than you want them to be. No doubt, they are better than the previous teams competing for England, but surely not a top-level team.

It literally is just playing vs Barcelona and at international level everyone is even more disciplined than at club level. No doubt if Klose was around last night Ireland would have been hit for 6 with the amount of balls put across the 6 yard box. However he isn't there and they lose games they should win. I have the utmost confidence in England's ability to take their chances against a bigger nation and go passed them. However it is when a team gives us the ball is where we have the issues.

It changes when Germany plays a tournament yes. Germany has always underperformed in friendlies and qualifiers

I sincerely believe that first bit. It's very hard to play at your peak all the time, which is more and more a necessity when it comes to qualifying, as teams all over Europe are really picking up. Ireland, Iceland and Wales are no longer walkovers, and will fight for every game. But during a WC final, there's no chance Germany would lose to any of those. I'm still not sure who to support this Euro. The moment I pick England they'll mess up and not advance. And the Germans will at least make the semi's but they don't really need any support ;P.

I really love your excitement about the english team.^^ But sorry, as far as I can remember England often did well in qualifaction just to disappoint at the actual tournament later. Germany, in contrary, often played average in quali but went far in the tournament. Qualification means nothing, cards get mixed again when the Euro starts. England champion - I just don't see it happen. We probably won't win it either but I think we still have a better shot at it than England.

Best team in qualifiers for World cup in Europe last season was Netherlands and Germany. Which where the two best teams from Europe 9W 1D both England were 6W 4D in contrast. Stats lets go, England will be marching into the competition as the most inform side
