In other news, I think my back might be very close to being healed. I'm going to keep stretching every day and see how it progresses, but I'm feeling really good about it. | ||

btw i am in employment the past 4 weeks now , pretty rough start to say the least, yawning nonstop, warned for being late, but just managed to pull it together the last few days now my successful routine is like 7.30am up and shower, 8.10am drive to work, 1-2pm eat sandwich & practice guitar 6.35pm drive back and arrive at gym, 7.50pm arrive home and make sandwiches and potatoes, 8.20pm practice guitar and/or put on dota/totalbiscuit, 9pm put on swan song and turn off lights in bed, 10pm turn off swan song and slep guitar is suffering a bit but it just means i have to make use of the weekends to learn as much as i can so i can just afk practice it during the week gym routine is still gonna be my last awesome routine except its gonna be pretty light on caring about numbers or pushing myself the extra mile, i'm done with that. no idea how mobility will fit in so in terms of ohp, dl, sq, pc, br what you see is what you get (but maybe i will do cat stretch in the evenings coz i like it) the routine (punch = 15 min punching with boxing gloves, yay i got a gym with a punchbag!!!! punching wrecks your shoulders and hands btw, i love it. (you need to wear wraps aswell as gloves)) day1 punch, br, pu, run 34m (back/arms/legs) day2 punch, ohp, fr, lrdr, sr, ab (shoulders) day3 punch, dc, wc, fc, run 34m (arms) day4 punch, sq, ab (legs/abs) day5 punch, br, pu, run 34m (back/arms/legs) day6 punch, bp, ab, dip (arms/abs) day7 punch, dl (back/hands/wtvr) | ||

deadlift works the hands/grip i mean idk why i added that shit on the end of them probably so people can figure out what the abbreviations are better going to day4 now | ||
