Are there any benefits to doing touch-n-go benchpressing? Should I just do all my benching with a pause if I plan to compete in powerlifting?

Depends what you mean by touch-n-go. If you mean bouncing it off your sternum like a trampoline then the benefits are almost non-existent. If you mean touching and then pressing again to keep the muscle under tension the only thing that's going to happen is that you might get stronger.
The unrealistic sound of these propositions is indicative, not of their utopian character, but of the strength of the forces which prevent their realization.

Always pause in the chest. Pausing in the chest =/= relaxing on the chest.

I will elaborate: The proper technique in bench press involves a pulling motion (barbell to chest) followed by a pressing motion in which a pause, even for a split second should always happen. A typical mistake is "resisting" the bar on the way down (instead of actively pulling down) and then pressing.

If you don't plan to compete in powerlifting there's nothing wrong with just touching and going back up. If you don't have to pause, pausing is just going to decrease the amount of weight you can use and fatigue you after fewer reps. Bouncing is always a bad idea.

If you plan to compete in powerlifting, GoTunk is the most successful powerlifter here, so listen to him (and a couple others, but mostly him.)

Can you explain how you pull the bar? Combined with gravity it seems like a great way to break your ribcage, but I am sure that that is not what you mean.

I'm pretty sure he just means that his upper back is engaged during the descent to create a shelf and he's trying to break the bar between his hands. You can't actually "pull" the bar.

While keeping your scapulas retracted (as you should during benching) you bring your chest to the bar while rowing the bar down. Your arms and chest are activated to resist the weight, but you are pulling it down with back and gravity activation.

The result is a quicker but more controled descent.

So I've been having "crampy" symptoms when I'm squatting. I'm not actually getting cramps, but my legs feel like they are starting to seize up even though I'm doing nothing close to max and having no problems getting the weight up. I'm going to try walking on the treadmill to see if warming up helps.
I'm not stupid, a marauder just shot my brain.

Yes, proper Deadlift music.

I will have the chance to bring stuff from USA free,

Could anyone recommend the best whey protein for bulk purchase ? (I usually buy whey on gold, it's super expensive though, buying a 20lb bag at the US would still be worth it for me)

+1 Pretty much the only thing that can get into my hips/back/shoulders. Also have one of these for legs and whatnot:

How much better is the longer one vs the smaller one. I have the original, find it a little harder to roll on it for some areas of my leg. Wouldn't mind paying for a longer one if it's more stable

Imo on gold is really good. I use bodybuilding.com and they ship to Japan for roughly 70$ a can shipped, vs something like 55$ from the USA which isn't too bad

I just experimented with MyProtein's Unflavored Impact Whey and, while I haven't done the math on per serving difference, I'm definitely going through a significant increase in cocoa powder and generic Splenda. It still tastes like dust, but I got a good price on it. If you can handle the lack of flavor it might be a good option.

There have been so many controversies on /r/fitness about fillers in the protein that ON is probably the safest bet until the definitive research is done.

I just discovered corn has a high glycemic index, but I remember hearing that the human body doesn't do a great job of digesting corn either which ought to mean the carbs don't turn into glycogen. Anyone know more?
