Update on my progress from my post 6 days ago.
I started off swimming 4 laps, now I'm up to 8. I haven't been going every day because I've been doing 10 hour shifts at work and coming home to study, or going straight to uni. I still puke every trip to the pools.
Vomits in order of best to worst:
-Berry / banana / yogurt smoothie, tasted almost as good coming up as it did going down
-Lasagna from a fancy restaurant, tasted more like tomatoes than anything
-Pure bile / water, hadn't eaten for about 12 hours
-Coffee / oats / swallowed snot. I've had a head cold for a couple of days so I've been sniffing a lot. was bitter and slimy, with a sour after-taste. 0/10 would not recommend.
Running squats push-ups chin-ups and sit-ups are all going fine, too.
well thank god you only puke every single time you go swimming

If you want a good puke, try OJ. Can't tell if its coming or going.
@Igne: good look, me and my beergut is jelly. I compensate with expensive clothes.

Like did you go through a certain group/site? Just curious as I hadn't even heard of them before but my wife was like oh yeah those are getting popular.

They sound pretty awesome. One of my rugby buddies from aus did one in bali, said it was basically just him and 20 smoking hot half naked chicks hanging out on the beach for a week.

I went as a member of a yoga studio. Like I go to yoga at the studio pretty often and they were planning the retreat.

Swam 10 laps without puking today. More than a little relived as I don't think re-heated butter chicken would have been too pleasant coming up. Also extremely relieved that I'm improving little by little.

Finally got my results back from the MRT (or MRI in english I guess? Magnetscan) on my left knee. Got some shit happening to my it band which confirmed my suspicions of runners knee, but I also got (translating from Swedish)
Diffuse sklerosis of the lateral femural condyle, mainly adjacent to the anterior area of the femural trochlea but also down the dorsal side of the rear where there is a subchondral sklerosis. Unspecific (random?) appearance, some type of anomaly or residue from older injury?
I'm not a doctor, but I haven't played soccer since I was a kid, and I simply can't recall ever breaking a really heavy fall or taking a real hit on my left knee. So I'm wondering if anyone here heard of something similar happening as a result of heavy squats, possibly with bad form? I can barely google this because the diagnosis is all swedish medical jibberish.
