I always use the Fitocracy website. I work out in my bedroom so pretty easy to move between the squat rack and computer lol

How do you guys program in rest? I've heard you some trainers say should take a week off every 6 weeks. I've been going pretty steadily for probably 8-10 weeks so I'm going to take a week, maybe two and just play basketball.

I follow 5/3/1 for PL and take once every 2 cycles fot deloading so one week every 7 weeks. Feels prwtty good to me. No amazkng progress but it's steady.

Just got banned from the school gym because I was wearing sneakers, they had new management which apparently bans anybody who doesn't wear "sport shoes". Now I don't have a gym to go to because I'm broke as hell and can't afford a gym membership.

I am not being serious. One single blood pressure reading doesn't say a lot anyway, that can vary even by time of day. I was at 138/84 at rest. It's most likely job stress related though, my diet is reasonably clean and generally I am feeling pretty good. And now it's biking season so more cardio coming anyway.

My resting pulse was 55 and went up to 94 after 20 squats. When I am really in shape it's usually below 50, so that's reasonable as well.
