I am not being serious. One single blood pressure reading doesn't say a lot anyway, that can vary even by time of day. I was at 138/84 at rest. It's most likely job stress related though, my diet is reasonably clean and generally I am feeling pretty good. And now it's biking season so more cardio coming anyway. My resting pulse was 55 and went up to 94 after 20 squats. When I am really in shape it's usually below 50, so that's reasonable as well. | ||
