GOING TO MIDWEST CHAMPIONSHIP WOOHOO To make it better, we beat our previously undefeated crosstown rivals in back to back games to be there. Both games were absolutely physical beat downs on our part, Asserting ourselves as the big dogs in Chicago.

Going to squat today because it was his favourite lift of all time. He worked 15 hours at his firm and usually slept for only a couple of hours. But he still found time to squat everyday. It was pretty crazy to watch him lift and psyche himself up: COME ON PUSSY! Rest in peace Andrew squats are the foundation of my routine. guy i went to university with... went from weighting 180 lbs to 240 lbs in 4.5 years. he put on 60 lbs of solid muscle in his early 20s. we called him "the experiment" because of all the PEDs he injected into himself. he had a massive heart attack in February and requires a heart valve replacement and bypass surgery. by contrast it took me 8 years to go from 145 lbs to 165 lbs and add 20 lbs of muscle. But, my heart is fine.

Oh man ![]() I had an acquaintance from high school attempt suicide relatively recently, and a student from my college died because he fell off the 10 story roof of the medical center (not sure if it was a suicide or not). Such an awful thing to go through, and sorry to hear about your friend. This semester has gone nowhere near as well as my first semester, but at least I can back squat without being bed ridden.
