I've been using safety razors for a couple of years now and they're the best. I always need a clean shave for work and nothing works as well. Took me some months to get used to though and I still cut myself sometimes.

I'm on team safety razor too. I only need to clean shave like once a week though so my 10$ pack of 100 blades may literally last the rest of my life lol.
how reasonable is it to eat off wood instead of your tummy?

I use an electric hair cutter on my face, luckily I don't clean shave for anything other than funerals (which is a pain in the ass because I grow so much thick hair)

I prefer having a beard to a clean shave. Less work, more mans. Playing with a beard is even better for stress than cigarettes. But yeah I used a razor when I did shave, cutting yourself is a clear indicator that its time to switch blades.

Also did you see the other Lu dislocate his elbow on a 173kg snatch and walk off like nothing happened? Guy is tough as nails. Think he's the same guy that battled through two heavy clean and jerks after getting injured to take silver at a meet a year or two ago.

Been skipping out on cardio for the last three months.

Have to play three full rugby matches with no sub for second row on saturday. It's been nice knowing all of you.

Lu is a monster. 1 kilo less on the snatch and he's down a weight class..... damn.

They do. Lotta people got popped last year. This is chinese nationals which is not an IWF meet hence the better performances.

My left glute still hurts a lot sometimes, but trying to work through it a little and it's getting slightly better. No big and new 1RMs on the main lifts, just PR-ing on rep work and accessory lifts.



190kg dl for 5-ish, grip failed cos the school doesnt allow chalk. My max is 210. Yeah I know my Sumo looks dogshit. Really need to work on this.



180kg pause squat PR. Really happy with this because I've only squatted 1x per month at most since Oct 2015 because of my glute.

In my unexpert opinion, reps 2 and 3 on the DL looked pretty good to me. 1 and 4 looked like your hips shot up a bit and you did the lean back.

Hey it was impressive display of strength, but yeah it does look like dogshit. Makes it hard to add weight when you are practicing suboptimal form.

There's nothing like beating the shit out of your undefeated crosstown rivals to end the rugby season. We've got a re-match against them this week for the first round of playoffs and then a shot at the Midwest championship and going to nationals after.

nice gotunk good to see you really getting into cf

i <3 cf a lot but the programming in my box is not the best imo and i feel like im missing out on the strength and olympic lifting. My numbers are not going up significantly and the box does not allow you to train outside of a cf class. I'd buy a bar but i live in an apartment *sigh*.

Huh that sucks, our athletes that compete do their own training. I love doing my own programming =D.

Plus we've found that stronger athletes in general eventually become the best athletes at everyting (strength not as in max deadlift, but max squat/clean/snatch/dip/weighted pull up, etc: overall strength).

Haha thanks. Sucks weightlifting nationals overlap with rugby playoffs this year..woulda been pretty awesome to go to nationals for both in one year xD
