I will say that Ramona Shelburne sounded like she thought it was somewhat ridiculous while doing her piece, making sure to pick her words especially carefully while describing everything so she didn't trip into making it even more awkward than it already is that she's being forced to talk about something so clearly ridiculous. Maybe I'm wrong and she was adamant that something about this needed to be aired and volunteered to do it, but I feel like ESPN just threw her in there because it's either her or Doris Burke, wouldn't want a 'him' doing that segment now would we!

The worst thing of all this: no one will actually realize that what she did is something that players and coaches get upset about all the time in a game - refs holding the ball when teams are trying to push the pace off of a made basket. She fucked up, CP3 asked her why they can't just go and she T'd him up for it.

Can't criticize anyone doing their jobs that happens to be a woman, because that is sexist

I agree it's a really dumb thing for ESPN to criticize but don't you automatically get fined for criticizing the refs anyway? And Chris Paul is media-savvy, he shoulda known that people were going to react like that

cavs are really turning it on lately but i dont know how much of that is just an effort level increase. even with their old roster they had stretches of good play, with very high offense and defense efficiency. their defense come playoff time will still be questionable esp if mozgov gets into foul trouble like he's wont to do.

That's my first good look at the Hawks and they're easily the best team in basketball now.

They zip that ball around like it's nobody's business and Korver breaks down defences for his team mates without even going near the ball.

Their bench played well above average today (7-8 on threes?!) but they're still crazy good. Very interested to see them matchup with Cleveland since their recent revival.
