For the first time in ages we get a really easy group and he manages to completely destroy a perfectly functioning team. We even lost to some fishermen some months ago, think it was san marino. I see. Failure to qualify from that group would be the true definition of failure on the international scene. I think the Fisherman you refer to where the Faroe Islands.

No worries. Austria once lost to them as well. The Faroe Islands football boomed after that win. Austria is very very very famous on that island heh

I take this back. Our starting line up is such a joke. Calhanoglu, Potuk and Aziz on bench, you what Terim? Calhanoglu is our best player. Did i mention that we starting with three defensive midfielders? we are going to get rekt.

I have great hopes for this generation though. I mean, in a Norwegian context great hopes means that I hope they'll qualify for a couple championships, maybe even get out of the group stage once. But Croatia have like 10~ish players that are more accomplished and play for better teams than our best does. However, I think if you look at Norway's top 10 players atm, they'd average out at ~22 years old or so, and I think in 5 years we can have several players who are important first team players for top or nearly top clubs. Right now we have one in Real Madrid's B team, beyond that it's mostly lower end of Bundesliga, Celtic, Norwich and Az Alkmaar. 5 years though, I tell you! Norway will be good!

![]() Yeah you doing very well in your group and on course for grabbing a potential play off spot with good results. Hoping they sort themselves out ![]() Czech Republic losing 0-1 at home to Latvia pretty important for Turkey and Netherlands hopes of getting out of their group in top spot.

Was/Is Odegaard playing? Should be an exciting time for Norway if he truly does fulfil his promise. Oh and good luck Mensol :p
