With Hiddink's love affair with Affelay, Hiddink may just bench Robben in favour of him at this point. So frustrating and we (We as in the Dutch FA, because everyone apart from them could name 5 better candidates) should have known Hiddink was going to be crap seeing as he failed to coach you guys as well.

Well let's not get too crazy now. Of course Hiddink won't bench Robben as he is far and away our best player at this point. I also don't think Affelay played any worse then say Depay, Narsingh, Nigel de Jong or anyone except Sneijder and Blind really. I think we will still qualify for 2016, but very uncomfortably. I think Hiddink is doing a poor job of course but at this point I think all we can do is hope for the best. I don't see a better candidate at this juncture, and ultimately, Hiddink has achieved a lot in his career. Maybe he can turn it around.

Hiddink is a weird enigma. He's achieved (relative) success everywhere he's coached but for the Netherlands. I'm curious as to the reason why.
How good is Danny Blind as a manager? If he's destined to take over after Euro 2016 he has to be somewhat trusted by the Dutch FA.

Danny Blind hasn't done much and he hasn't succeeded anywhere. It boggles everyone's mind that he's supposed to be the successor. The KNVB (Dutch FA) is pretty incompetent at picking good coaches.

I think Serbia is very underrated team. Just look at these players: Tadic, Markovic, Ivanovic, Kolarov, Matic, Jojic, Mitrovic, Ljajic, Nastastic. They reminds me Croatia in 2008.
