So guys, I haven't followed the news for a while but how does the Ukrainian situation look like? The the league restart at some point? Will they have teams in european competition?

Ukranian Premier League just started. Dnipro plays CL quali today. Chernomorets and Zarya in EL tomorrow.

How did the situation get resolved? I remember the league being suspended for a bit. Did it restart quickly or how were the winners/losers decided?

Whats up with Shakhtar? Apparently Douglas Costa, Fred, Dentinho, Alex Teixiera and some others didn't want to go back to Ukraine with Akhmetov telling them to return if they know whats good for them.

FC Sevastopol which played in the Ukr. Premier League ceased to exist and applied for a Russian license with the new name SC Black Sea Fleet. I wonder how much of a headache it will cause UEFA if Black Sea Fleet make it to a Euro competition. I mean you have Welsh clubs playing in the English league but I'm guessing Crimea's delicate status is going to cause problems.

Do you require a chelsea membership, a lovely voice or anything like that? In that case I'm the wrong one but atleast I don't have a record that could be destroyed.
Currently thinking about making my fantasy team 13x7.0 players and two 4.5 keepers to see how far I can get but the chances to get mad at myself after 2 weeks for "throwing" the whole season (wasting a wildcard at week 1 : P) is too high.

Yesterday I read a small roundup on transfers of several Bundesliga clubs. I was slightly surprised to notice that Schalke, Leverkusen and Wolfsburg did so little. With the first two aiming at 2nd place longtime and Wolfsburg trying to brake into CL you would think they spent alot but far from it. We got nothing on premier league and la liga.

Yeah this season on fantasy i have no idea to pick in goal, the likes of me always picking a Chelsea keeper due to 90% keeping the most clean sheets might be hard due to having both Cech and Courtiois fighting for no1 spot.

I got Mannone and Krul at the moment. They rotate perfectly to give me a home-keeper every day. Some people say that it's an advantage. Got a headache because of Hazard. Chelsea midfield is so stacked but I guess he'll play nevertheless. But having Fabregas and Costa might change his role a bit. No idea. Glad we're having a few weeks left to think about it.

Who's leaving Southampton today btw?

Hazard should play every week still as LW. It's the rest like you say is the issue. Fabregas is being played in pre season as one of the holding midfielders in the 4-2-3-1 but we are also playing 4-3-3 as well, so looks like we flipping between those two formations.
It Shirrlleyy (Schurrle) who i think might make the break through this season, had a good world cup and looks better and better most games. He scored and played some great games last year but nothing consistently. If he does it consistently he will put Willian on the bench no problem.
Costa will be number 1 striker too, with Torres and Drogba as back up with kids around for cup matches.

Those keepers good picks i guess xD
I have Swnsea as bottom 3 candidates this season though, they lost their LB and Michu and about to lose Bony as well, thats their best players gone. Also Vorm is going too or gone right? They might be in trouble.
