The Reus one is more retarded. He has plenty of time and money to just get his licence in a couple of months, even if he's bad at driving. So how stupid is he? I think that kind of fine isn't a bad idea, this kid should be taught a lesson.
I think the Balotelli post was funny, the fine may be legit but the ban is a little over the top, this has nothing to do with football. Everyone knows these stereoytypes, no need to be so uptight, cmon.

Actually he does not have a criminal record in the formal sense now because the way it was calculated how much he had to pay ("Tagessätze") was exactly done in such a way that there will be no entry in his file.
