This game is dire though. Not only terrible football, mostly due to Atletico, but also mean spirited with Atletico especially guilty of some nasty tackles in what is pretty much a friendly. Also some sad diving by James. They should all be summarily sent off and the game should be cancelled. Woeful.

It's never a friendly between these teams lol, but in theory it should be a friendly. Doesn't change the fact that the lot of them were deplorable.

So Forest go top with possibly the most undeserved win this year against Bournemouth. Tragic for the Cherries fans, hilarious for me ![]() Bournemouth Forest Possession 62% 38% shots 17 9 on target 5 3 CORNERS 17 2 If you ever played FIFA and was sure it was cheating and scripted, this is the real thing baby.

The first game of the league has an effect on your ability to win a trophy of value, like the last game of the season. At any rate, it looks like Ronaldo is injured once again with a knee injury. Him and Messi both seem burned out a bit the past year.

Manchester United still needs world class winger, midfielder and RB? (idk Rafael's situation)

I like that as well. It ensures that the early rounds still have a nice atmosphere and helps create upsets!

With 2-3 world class siginigs they are unlikely to meet FFP requirements even if they qualify to CL.
