Parsons isn't worth that money. Cap management is really important. Overpaid guys are team killers in this CBA. | ||

It's not that simple. Yes they took the eventual champs to 7 and have now upgraded the roster but that neglects the myriad issues that factor into a playoff series. It doesnt make them better than Houston. Hard to say who is better. Houston's roster has taken a hit and Dallas upgraded. They're two close teams now. | ||

And fail @ rei logic/response. I think Carlisle puts them over the edge against Houston though. Carlisle is top-3 coach in the league right now. I don't think they are necessarily better than Houston, but if they fill out their backcourt nicely (have they replaced calderon? or just felton?) I think they can win a series versus those clowns. | ||
