I don't believe in past results a whole lot. The tide can change in an instance; basketball is a game of runs. But the biggest problem I see for OKC is that SA has developed a level of comfort with the guys that have played so far. I'm not sure that the addition of Ibaka alone can make such a difference as having him at the beginning would have. Plus, who knows how healthy he'll be. That said. OKC can still win a game or 2.

Even if the full-health series was a toss up, which seems like a reasonable assumption, and Ibaka is 100%, which does not, being up 2-0 is a pretty monstrous lead.

Maybe OKC will hire D'antoni as an offensive consultant. That would be glorious and totally unrealistic.

For all the improvement we had in competition this year (well, at least in the West) it's stark how much better the Heat and Spurs are than their nearest competition.
