Good progress but still too small and not shredded enough. It really seems harder for tall guys to pack on size; I've been smashing arms 2x a week at least for 6 months now and finally people are noticing. Somehow my girlfriend mires my arms really hard but she must have no taste as they are still way too small. I thought you were 2m, which is like 6'7. I'm 193, which is like 6'4. So you're still damn tall. And it's "harder" for tall guys to pack on size just because there's more area for any size you do add to spread out over. There's a couple things about gaining size though. In my experience, you notice gains in like 4 weeks, people close to you in like 8 weeks, people you barely know in like 12 weeks. Even though you notice your own gains the quickest, you're also always the most disappointed in them. They day you start doing hypertrophy work is the day you become forever small, because you are never as big as your pump.

v Well yes that's the plan, more like rep/set and anything in particular to be conscious of. I know the movement and I'm starting at the bar. Just gathering info ![]()

Squat: 190x1, 155kgx5x6 BP 120x2x3, Close Grip 90x10 x7 x4(LOL) OHP 40kgx9, BNP 20x10, 30kgx10 (yes I'm that bad at it) Tricep pushdown/curl superset, yeah bro. @eshlow/igne or anyone who knows Tomorrow morning I have to donate blood and will be training roughly 4-6 hours afterwards. Anything special I should do between other than drinking more water? I don't mind if the pinch opens again but I do wanna avoid fainting during heavy shrugs.

Considering most of our body is made up of water and that we're covered in connective tissue, muscle, bone, etc. it would be pretty hard to find someone that's not denser than water...

@ tofucake wow. 160 is definitely the high end for crossfit gyms. Most of them around here are 90-120, and it's pretty standard that they offer EMS discounts to varying degress. The best one around only charges 80 for EMS/Fire/Police, 160 is crazy expensive.
