Yesterday: Power snach 80x1 82.5kgx1 (PR), 70x2x3, PC&PP 95x1, 80x3x3 (tired for cleans), Klokov Press 55kgx3x8(PR) Today: OHP 70kgx4x7 (PR), 70kgx5x1(PR :D:D), BS 120x3x3 (practice) Had to be light lower body today, tomorrow I'll go for bench and deadlifts PR's. On the other side, I get to see all the crossfit girls on slutty costumes and slightly drunk :D (box costume party) | ||

Yesterday am - snatch work 40-60kg, shoulder still doesn't feel good unless i hit the snatch a certain way. Then bench 3x5 @ 175 pm - yogaz Today i'll do some light squats and stuff then tonight going to a coaching clinic with the New Zealand all blacks tonight! We're going to help demo some stuff and work with some of the best rugby player and coaches ever, really excited. Tomorrow friday night rugby game then saturday USA vs New zealand game is going to be insane! | ||

Get the corporate discount, the brand new building opens up 2-3 minutes from my work and it has childcare. Hope the weight room is decent but I can always go where I do now  | ||

 I'm only 27 so it's not that far out of your estimated range. A membership at a swimming pool will make training for a triathlon waaaay easier as well obviously. | ||
