Even when they lose, Suns games are the best. :D

Granted it looks like they whiffed on Bennett. If you don't think you can't build a decent team with those three, then I guess you figure you have to buy 3 All-stars to be competitive. Meh. Irving is good but not even a top ten guy. Probably isn't a top 5 PG. the other two are like ok. Decent rotation guys but not better than any of the pacers top 6, the bulls starters, etc.

Anyone else watching the Pistons-Kings game? Is it just me or was that wife not particularly happy to see her husband come home?

Zach Randolph is the only Grizzly that has scored in the 4th quarter and the Grizzlies are shooting 7% from 3 point range on the game.
Let's go single coverage on Zach Randolph.
Brilliant logic Laker coaches. Absolutely brilliant. Glad to see it paid off so well Oh wait.

really not sure why Isaiah Thomas doesn't start.

Lebron's averaging 27 ppg on a 69.4 TS% and 51.7% from 3. Amazing.

I can't tell if Lebron is better since 2011 because he started doing something better, or because he stopped doing stupid Carmelo-y things.

He used to be a lot more reckless with 3 pointers (in part because Cleveland didn't have a real offense), but he's also massively improved his post game and has pretty great shot selection. He's still probably the most physically gifted player in the NBA, but he's also a good example of recognizing and emphasizing your strengths and shoring up your weaknesses. He was smart enough to realize you need to plan ahead and not just keep cruising on what worked in the past.
Also, Grant Hill's commentary is Magic Johnson level of bad. His producers needs to tell him the fans who actually watch NBA TV at 1 AM don't want a bunch of stupid cliches.

Yea, I mean, I always thought he had a good post game, and wanted to see him throw his ass around in the muck. Once he started doing that a lot and stopped with 18 footers (why do people still take these?).

Once he started doing that a lot and stopped with 18 footers (why do people still take these?). Kentavius Caldwell-Pope always takes these and it drives me insane. I think he's afraid of the NBA 3pter but even 35% from 3 is a better shot than 50% from 2. He'll get wide open 3 pointers and take a dribble inside instead.
