Gogo nz burn the world down. Hm I'd like to see a source for that. Does tv deal in mexico really make a difference if the national team qualifies or not?

The spanish speaking networks that play soccer games in the usa and mexico wont have mexican games that they paid for to show. ie fans of the mexican national team wont watch if mexico doesn't play.

Ok then. At first I understood that there was no deal yet, and FIFA/mexican FA would get considerably less money for tv/sponsoring rights. So in the end its the tv networks that lose the most; instead of the mexican team (purely moneywise, ofc they lose a lot of invaluable stuff if they dont qualify).

They want to take commebol's half spot (uruguay) to give it to concaf/asia because it's worth more votes, fucking douchebags. If anything we should get another one.

I'd happily bet on Peru/Paraguay/Venezuela with even odds over them. This year Brazil got in automatically, but if not qualis are extremely tough compared to the walkover that happens in europe or the weak teams in asia/concaf.

But that will never happen due to the amount of teams in Europe compared to those anywhere else in the federations.
