Oh, and simeone to man u? yeah, man u is more prestigious, but remember simeone idolized atletico as a player. he very well could stay at atletico and try to build the club into a first tier european team. I'm really not sure what other managers are out there that can take on the man u job.

I don't think its similar at all. Brendan Rodgers inherited a mid-table Liverpool squad, not the premier league champions. Furthermore, with Rodgers you could see what he was trying to accomplish with the team even if it didn't work right away. Moyes just looks lost and subsequently the team looks lost. If it was apparent that Moyes had some sort of plan going forward then sure, give him more time, continuity is an important aspect of success in sports in my opinion, but in this case I think its the right decision to sack him. He doesn't appear to have any vision for how he wants United to play and how they are going to succeed, and that ultimately is why he should be fired (or never hired in the first place). As to the other poster, I think it's ludicrous to say that United have a weak squad. No team is comprised of world class players in every position except perhaps Bayern, Real and Barcelona. United have a few world class players surrounded by lesser but functional players similar to a team like Chelsea. In the premier league, only City and Chelsea/Arsenal by a small margin have more talent then United. It's just woefully mismanaged which is why United is so far behind in the table.

Moyes' last year everton and man.u sides have both exactly the same stats, same points per games, same goals scored, 1 less goal conceded with man.u That's the stuff you watch in movies thinking it's unrealistic, xD.

Julian Green decided to play for the US national team instead of Germany and Robben signed a new contract until 2017, which means 8 years for Bayern if he fulfills it =)
