If Walcott was there, i'd say Arsenal going to win but i think its 50% 50%.
I don´t want to offend you but how many Bayern games have you seen this year? The squad is way deeper (Thiago, Götze, a healthy Kroos) and they lost exacly 3 games this season, 2 preseason matches and a almost meaningless against ManC.
And Guardiola brought that team to a new level but to the credit of the critics it is tough to see if you are not looking carfully. What makes this team the scariest in Europe right now in my opinion (besides my obvius bias ) is that they are insanely adaptive in their tactics. The amount of adjustments in the game that Guardiola makes (and can make due to the deep roster) is insane.
An examle: Dortmund vs. Bayern, Bundesliga (ended 0:3). Until the 60th minute Bayern played more long balls to Mandzukic than the entire season before, the time of possetion was relatively equal and the game was close. Around the 60 minute Guardiola subs Götze and Thiago for Boateng (CB!) and Mandzukic and goes away from long passes to tici taca just as easy as he would play football manager which lead to 3 goals (the result was a bit to high but earned for sure). In this game Guardiola shifted Martinez from Forward(!) to CB to a 8thish position to defensive midfield in 90 minutes.
The ability to react to the opponent without abandoning its own style to play and force the opponent to play "your" game is pretty unique at the moment in my opinion.
I am obvius biased but the guys on Bwin give you a 1.13 for Bayern advancing and a 5.40 for Arsenal. And they are usually pretty good at that.
Also Bayern have a pretty big advantage in terms of rest. They have a very deep roster compared to Arsenal, Dortmund or even Barcelona and had 4 weeks without a game in the german winter break. And with 13 league games left they are 15 points ahead from 2nd place were the spanish and english teams will have to play to the last days in their leagues.

Sure but thats Barcelona, Bayern are pound for pound better than Barca in the raw ability to compete physically and frankly just a better team overall . You dont have to look that far to see that happening to Barcelona just go back a couple of weeks in La Liga lol.
So its the style thats the problem? I disagree, I think they are just as good at what they did before and now have a new dimension to their game.
Tbh during Guardiola's time at Barcelona I always thought that their results had way more to do with the players being way better than everyone else, rather than his coaching abilities. When he joined Bayern I was thinking he'd fail, or at least didn't perform up to the task. Gotta say though, seeing Bayern's total domination I'm having more respect for Pep. Sure, he has imba squad at his disposal (just like in Barca) but I feel his team plays way better thanks to his coaching skill. If there was to be a clash of Pep's Barca vs Pep's Bayern I'd 100% say Bayern wins. That's why I think this year's CL is Bayern's to lose, they are superior to all other teams in every way possible.
The fact that I enjoy watching bayern football this season means a lot. If only they had a genious like messi, zidane etc they could compete for one of the best teams of all time.

Game will be awesome today, ^.^
They dont need a superstar to be the best team... in fact the lack of a superstar makes them probably one of the best teams already

50/50?
Haha
I dont know what betting Quotes are right now but 50/50 is definitely wrong.
I mean u never know in CL fixtures but its got to be at least 60/40 for Bayern. At home probably 70/30 for the german juggernaut
The only German team? That being said i think the first 11 of Dortmund fully fit could give some teams a game but i would even put them behind Chelsea at the moment and that says alot ^_^
Because you said German Juggernaut like they some kind of demolishing team. Yes they have been for 1 season....they have won the best competition in Europe twice since 1980s....that isn't Juggernaut that is just doing good now. Or it would be the equivalent of saying Chelsea the English Juggernaut taking on Galatasaray because we won the Champions the other year and have some good players and can play well xD Or even Man City they won the league once, lost it twice with the same team and are currently choking for the 3rd time in a row in the champions league. 2 Group stage exists, one 4th and one 3rd place. And now possibly a RO16 exit. I know it happens a lot in here people jump on recent success and forget the past pretty quickly. Calling a team a Juggernaut because they won domestically last year and the Champions league who still had that nice 2-0 loss to Salzburg xD Lets go back 5 years and see how this team from Bayern were no match for a new Chelsea side just mustured together beating Oli Khan and co, or when they lost to the likes of Chelsea because they couldn't hit a barn door in the final. Or when they didn't even qualify for the champions league ;_; in 2007-08 or when they got spanked by Barca in 2009. Or when they some how lost to a Inter side on away goals rule who then got spanked by Shalke 7-3 in 2011 who then got turned over 6-1 by Yanited.
I know it's a bit of a jump on you comment, but lets be careful the words we use xD Bayern are the best team in European football right now, have good coach play nice football and have good players. HOWEVER they can still be beaten, they are still the same players minus 1 from the team that couldn't hit a barn door vs Chelsea. Or the same team that took 120minutes to beat 10men Chelsea team who ship goals for fun.
As well i wasn't stating that English > German or German > English, was just stating that there is only 1 German team at this moment in time. As we saw Bayer Leverkusen who are still somehow 2nd in Bundesliga have been on a barren spell of results and form since the Yanited game.
Just too add this is my 2cents, but i just don't like when people refer to teams with so much praise when they have yet to repeat the success on the major stage. 2 Champions league finals in a row? Yes thats impressive, losing one of them at HOME is not so. Also getting their on a penalty shoot out has a bit of luck involved in it too? But anyway like i said, if they go on a Barcelona run and win the next 3 out of 5 competitions, gratz we whitnessed another wonder team. At this moment in time they are not that. Just a solid good team. I mean who have Bayern played this season? Chelsea in a super cup (Friendly) and City which they boast a won one lost one record. No other result jumps out at me yet. Test vs Arsenal tonight would be one i will need to be convinced about if it was anything other than a 2-0 Bayern win. As City beat them 6-4 remember xD

I'd say Bayern are a juggernaut or the closest thing, I would look up the word.
I think you just jumped on something and spent a fair bit of justifying a reaction that makes really non sense at all.
What does history have to do with a club being dominant right now ?
