It would be a completely different case but not how you might be thinking. Forcing would mean they he knew he had a concussion and they knew he had a concussion and the "forced" him. There would be much bigger problems than getting sued, people would be going to jail. Letting means they knew he had a concussion or should have known and let him play. When you have a concussion you yourself are not a very good judge of whether you have recovered or not. | ||
