- Elche - Real Madrid 1-2, ref gives an imaginary penalty. - Aston Villa - Man City 3-2, ref approves on an offside goal. - Torino - Juventus 0-1, ref approves on another offside goal. - Sunderland - Liverpool 0-2, ref approves on handball goal. That's a lot more mistakes than one would expect from top-class arbiters.

Also a smaller game, was the worst dive ever in West Ham vs Hull game where Hull player dived and got penalty. Then obvious handball from Hull player in his own box not given for West Ham pen Ki is very good technically, im liking his play so far ![]() Also Altidore is the closet thing to Drogba in the prem <3 such a fkn beast, i didn't know he was that much of a beast

Chelsea are good at set pieces, but they lack the x-factor they had with Drogba. It's dissapointing. Also, it feels like Mourinho wants to use his usual pragmatic approach of hitting teams on the counter and Abramovic wants more fluent football. It is really dissapointing but they are getting results anyways. From the game on the weekend vs sp*rs, you can see that Torres was actually playing really well and was hungry. Maybe Mourinho can turn his fortunes around.

Maybe Mourinho can turn his fortunes around. I dont think his lineups this season have been pragmatic at all, I didnt see the spurs game but the way his teams have been setup to play have been pretty heavy on the flow. Its not like Mourinho's teams play exclusively on the counter or conservatively historically either, thats just because people only ever pay attention to the high profile games where his pragmatism comes into play. If anything the reason Chelsea has been dropping points is because hes taken his focus on attack and fluency a notch higher and this current Chelsea side is struggling to consistently maintain the required rhythm.

I'm sure the Arsenal fans and Spurs fans are in a similar spot at the moment haha. This season had a lot of hype coming into it and so far it has delivered!
