Arsenal has been the best this season play and results wise. All of the other contenders are too inconsistent. To get consistent results in the premier league requires a great deal of mental resilience from a team. There are a lot of stubborn defenses and unforeseeable mishaps in every game. Like Moyes said, and I'm glad he recognizes this and hopefully knows it's his fault, Man Utd just doesn't look up for it match after match. The loss vs. City was partly tactical but after going down, no one showed any fight in them. A starting XI like the one today should be able to overwhelm a relegation side through will and determination no matter how they play. Winning the title is all about grinding out wins vs. "lesser" teams, and that requires focus and discipline, which Utd has none. I doubt playing Kagawa every game would help.

Yeah wasn't he injured? Or was that just pre season or something? Or end of last year..i forget. But surely Varane > Pepe, he looked a really good prospect last year for his age

He was injured at the start of the season, not sure about now... He sure has some skills, but they shouldn't burn him. He's not yet better than Pepe imo...

Messi injured 2 to 3 weeks

If it's more than that, he's going to miss the Clasico! Same problem as against PSG 6 months ago, they should really consider let him breathe 1 full month so he comes back at 100% when the games matter...

It's actually the 19th playday! And the second game will be the last of the season, maybe a title game? :D
Atletico-Barcelona the 11th/12th of January, perfectly placed between 2 cup games, which is to our advantage imo

Atletico is impressive indeed, but last year they were also impressive at this stage of the championship, and then started losing point in January and finished 25 points behind Barcelona and 9 behind RM... Will it be the same this season? They might have more bench but they have the CL and they'll probably qualify out of the group.

I was talking about the title... If they are able to go higher than 90 points then yeah they have a chance, but I really doubt it. They'll want to do good in CL and lose a lot of points in the process!

Man the refs have been poor at the Sunderland - Liverpool game. A goal that shouldn't have counted for Liverpool and an indirect-free kick in the box not given for Sunderland either. .

Wow, why do players celebrate goals like that.
Ball comes in from corner, it is defended horribly, goes over the head of a defender and hits sturridge and goes in...however it hit his ARM, and he celebrates like he headed it and such. Not only was it a bad goal, it was also handball ;_;

Oh well, Webb has started REALLY poorly this game

Wow id be so pissed. That should be 1-0, now game is over. Haha, Sunderland have had 0 luck this season. Game vs West Brom they had to play with 10men and conceded. Game vs Southampton 1-0 up for 89minutes and concede late equaliser. Ouch! 0-0 with Fulham game 1 and concede late winner xD
