If I had to choose between Arsenal winning the champions league and India qualifying for the World Cup, I don't know what I'll do lol What I find surprising is that there isn't a single player in the Indian national team playing in Europe, South America or even Arabia. Assuming only a very small fraction of the Indian population plays football, the talent pool should still be considerable, and scouting India should be rewarding. Is football really that unpopular in India? Same thing with China together they have 1/3rd kf the world population or something but they're both terrible at football haha.

Belgium still needs 2 points, right? If they lose vs Croatia 0 - 10 and manage to draw to Wales then Croatia (who'd beat Scotland) is ahead on goal difference.

It is funny because India has more population that the whole Europe (including Russia). I think it is a topic, but Cricket must be more popular than football there xD

No league wants India and China to start playing football, they just want their money. I can gaurantee you that more people tune into major PL games in India or China by themselves then all of europe combined.

Chelsea for one i know are trying to do middle eastern football talent tournaments and such. They show the results every now and again. Last year we had Chinese and Indian footballers come over and see Cobham training ground who won a tournament etc. As everyone knows its such a huge talent pool so you need to tap into xD
