i think the only real thing that determines how good a certain league is, is the quality of the teams across the board and how close the title race is. bpl has around 3 teams fighting for the top spot even up till the last few games, with around 6 teams going for top 4. la liga on the other hand is just rm vs barca and then the rest doesnt matter. the league is pretty much won quite early too, which makes it boring to watch come end of season.

Speaking of top heavy competitions. Portugal is probably even worse than La Liga XD Two teams in the top 8 in Europe and no teams come close to that.

Yeah SC4K hits nail on the head. No team priorities the Europa League over the premiership due to the prize money difference. Finishing in the champions league spots in Premier league is worth so much more than winning a Europa League. Playing Thursday and Sunday seems to fuck up everyone in the Premier league, especially due to having to travel half way across Europe and only really having Saturday to be prepare let alone if your playing away in the premier league after it for the next league fixture.

Chelsea - Newcastle - Spurs, got to the last 8 all of them with playing reserve squads up to that point lol. Newcastle lost to finalists Benfica. Spurs went out to semi finalists Basel due to sevre injuries in their squad, and chelsea who took it seriously won it.

When Yanited and City got knocked into it, they both put reserves team out and focused on the league, in which that season it went to the last kick of the very last game in the last seconds, where City won the title over Yanited.

Don't forget, Premier league don't give no help to English teams in Europe like the other European leagues do. I remember Real Madrid/Barca (forget which one) being allowed to have a postponed game because they had an important champions league match coming up. That does not happen in England.

Spurs vs Atletico Madrid - right now would be an awesome game for the neutral it would be so open, and quite a few goals.

Everton vs Valencia - I'd pretty much bank on Everton winning both games of that one xD

Shit, I'm confident even the teams outside of the top 6 or so in the EPL could vie for top table finishes in other leagues. Most of the mid/lower table teams are no joke. I'd say they easily stomp their counterparts if we're matching up positions from other leagues.

But as already explained it would weight against the EPL clubs because they have less of an incentive to play well in Europe most of the time and they don't get any help from their league (which really fucking sucks, the FA are retarded at many things although they are okay with goal line tech)

Indeed, you need to make a personal list of a TOP 10 clubs in Europe and then out of those pick out the ones that occur the most then make a poll option to see who is where.
