Alcohol poisoning isn't cool. D:

I like being alive so I am not going to play that game!

I think we'd die from the first two conditions alone.

Clowe for 2 second round picks? Guess Rangers are desperate.

Definitely a sweet haul for the Sharks, though. They got the Rangers 2013 second, Florida's 2013 3rd, and a conditional 2014 2nd (5th if Clowe doesn't re-sign) in the trade.

What a fucking game by the American and Canadian women hockey teams. Mind blown. Honestly thought the Americans were going to close that one out.

you are spot on. The Rags shouldve fired the moronic Tortorella instead of acquiring a lame ass rental guy who hasnt scored in a year.
They were the paper champs for a reason. They were handed the paper cups while everyone overlooked the fact that Torts way of doing things gets old quick.
If I was making 3-4-5-6 millions a year I wouldnt have that Turderella scream at me after every shift and during every practice. Srsly dude, when I get to think that Avery is right on something, it must mean its pretty obvious for the world to see.
If they had a good players coach they would be 4th in the east. Now they are on the bubble and risk not making it. ( cause lets be honest, its not Clowe's 0 goals that are gonna put you over the top lol )
lots of ppl openly diss Torts around the league. He's a laughable angry diva.

So did everyone else here drop Crosby from their fantasy hockey team? I traded several teeth and a couple of puck shots to the face for him early in the season

He's coached a stanley cup winning team before. You think that just having some other coach would make them better than Boston?

Now that the dust has cleared... I guess Burke wanted to make a trade for Roberto Luongo and "the board" of MLSE said "no".

The Sharks traded for Raffi Torres. What the fuck.

Dust of the deadline? Where the heck did you hear that Burke wanted to trade for Roberto? From the reports I heard he didn't want to pull the trigger and the Bell guy did. Not only that once they found out Gillis' price the answer was a resounding no. ._. That and Burke never got along with the board and they wanted a change in voice. That's why Burke was let go. That's what happens when you have new ownership come in. It's only a question of time.
Anyway, I find a couple of the deals at the deadline to be absolutely outrageous. Rangers getting rid of Gabby and Jussi Jokinen to the Penguins. What the f. I guess they really want players to play under Torte's system. Oh yeah and Bishop to Tampa... sweet jesus. I guess Ottawa wanted to maximize their return on him instead of putting him in the backup role to Anderson considering he's just coming back. Tampa has a goalie now! Now let's see what happens to Florida in the off-season.
OH MY LORD.... Pominville traded to Wild. We could have tried to land Pominville. NUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU.
|
"My contract sucks" Is this presser really needed?
|
Some massive trades today - Pominville to Min - Gaborik to CBJ - Steve Mason to Flyers (lol) - Ben Bishop to TBL Still waiting on what this huge Was trade is supposed to be....
|
What's with TSN talking about Luongo for 15 minutes straight? There is so little to be said about it, just move on. How about CBJ making a large trade that is a win-now variety!

Yeah, I like the moves by the Jackets, Wild and Lighting a lot.

The big Was deal was Filip Forsberg for Erat and Latta

The Flyers are the single most impatient team when it come to goalies. Look how amny they have used in the last 3 years!

Flyers prob got mason because they don't really have a capable backup for Bryz. The last 3 years they have only used Boucher/Bobrovsky/Bryzgalov. Boucher was just a backup. Bob was starter for 1 year/backup for 1 year but now he's on Columbus. They gave Bryz the big contract so obviously he's gonna play... If you're referring to the 09-10 season where they were using a bunch of different goalies that was largely due to injuries and then kinda turned into a leighton(lol)/boucher tandem.
