Its a mini miracle they somehow managed to get home ice for a round so they could allow themselfs to win just 1 road game in 6...

But they did lose their composure, which is bad, Malkin now misses a quarter of the third period when he's been the most dangerous player by far.

He hasn't been so bad (not great by any means though), that last goal was 0% his fault, and you can't just throw Fleury back in right now with his unpredictability I think, facing going to Boston down 0-2. Which is why I still adamantly maintain he should have been tested in the Ottawa series to see if he could regain confidence.

Dont jump someone 30 lbs lighter than you or cross check a goalie or hide behind a ref while trying something against Chara. I hate this double standard that Crosby gets away form. He can be emotional all he wants, but dont be a coward and rely on whining to the refs and flying elbows at the end of the game to send a message.

Yeah I like Crosby a lot and usually think he's a class act, but when people get under his skin he turns into a petulant teenager and really it's him and the Penguins that get hurt the most by it, cause it totally destroys his game at the same time. This is yet another demonstration of why I think Bylsma is not all that; the team is not mentally prepared to play actual playoff hockey. Sure when they can get in a workmanlike groove they look spectacular, but if teams get under their skin or frustrate them or even if they just get some breaks that don't go their way, they totally meltdown, Malkin starts fighting people, Crosby acts like a bitch, etc.--it's mental weakness and it's practically the whole team afflicted which is why I really look at the coaching. Boston is like the perfect team to get Pittsburgh into this mode too, which is why this series is make or break, either confirming their worst nature, or an opportunity to move past playing like children. I always anticipate each time this happens that they will get ripped by the coaches and come out with a legit attitude, but each time it repeats I doubt that more and more, so I fully expect Boston to take the series, they played this game exactly the way you need to to consistently beat the Penguins.

Quick is going to have to play out of his mind for the Kings to even have a chance and hes going to get worn down eating 40+ shots a game Oh it's well documented. Not only do they have to find a way to get goals, but they do have to find ways to win on the road as well.

The first trick would actually be getting the puck. The Kings looked like a peewee team for most of the first. Hell their first shot was like 11:48 into the game. I think everyone over hyped Quick's stats through this post season considering he play against 2 of the worst offenses in the playoffs and now has to face one of the best in the league. I just dont see this Kings team stealing a game on the road they have 1 win on the road so far and I cant see that changing they just arent a good road team
