First week of eating discipline and it already showed. Though I don't like it when it fluctuates that much, means that the next 1-2 weeks my weight probably won't go down (minus starving myself). But hey, at least glyocen is low now and excess water is flushed out.

Dem weight swings.
Weighed in about 101, down a kilo from two weeks ago which sounds about right. 7 more to go in the next ten weeks or do! Already noticeably slimmer in the waist line, a couple weeks ago i was filling out a 34 in waist for the first time in years and my 36 in jeans (i wear them because they fit my quads) were starting to fit my waist. Now 34 is a little loose and 36 starting to sag. Noticeable on my weightlifting belt too.

Day 3 of my new program (The Cube Method for Strongman):

10RM OHP @ 55kg
Incline Bench 3x8
BW Dips 3xF (16-15-14)
Band Pushdowns 2x2x10 (2 sets normal, 2 sets hammer, all with 2s pause at the bottom)
Front Raises 3x12
Lateral Raises 3x12

This is the RE week for overhead so looks pretty bodybuilder-esque.

Not that bad all things considered.

I just restarted my program (SL 5x5) after a 2 month break. I did a huge reset but I'm still feeling DOMS so bad right. I forgot how sore you can feel at the beginning of a program. I usually stop feeling DOMS after a couple of weeks of starting something new so I guess I just need to push through it for now.

Today was horrific. I followed the example template for what I was supposed to do today, and it's way too much and I'm not sure I like all the exercises. I'm going to have to personalise this quite a lot for next time, but you're supposed to anyway so I should have expected this.

ME DL Day:
DL to a 1rm @ 235kg
RDL 3x10 @ 120
Shrugs 3x15 @ 150 (almost lost a testicle a few times, I'm going to do some snatch grip work instead of this)
Kroc Rows 3x20 w/50kg DB
Rear Laterals 3x15 w/12.5kg DBs (hurt my elbow somehow doing these)
Curls 3x10

It's too much and too heavy. I think for assistance I'm going to try doing SGDL triples, RDLs 3x10, BB rows 3x10 then curls.

It's a lifestyle man. Don't think of what you're going to look like or lift tomorrow (whatever your goals are...), do your best for today, and think of what you're going to look like or lift in five years.

While I missed meeting malinor @ 100kg back in march, there's still a solid chance that (if I can start squatting & deadlifting regularly again) I'm going to be >200 lbs by graduation (4 weeks). I'm floating 185-190 right now, which is tied with the most I've ever weighed... and my legs are small as shit, I'm wearing jeans I that have been too small for over a year.

I don't really know what went wrong with Squats, but I feel maybe I'm just not used to the heavier weights. I basically pussied out on the first set, but at least I got under the bar again and got an extra rep in. Should be better next week.
Press was ok, 73,5kg was my 1RM in December, so nice progress there (though 10kg more bw at the moment).
Deadlift was good.

Is it just me or does it seem very off what Malinor posted? Why exactly do you do 1 set of pullups with 5 reps. It doesn't seem right, when you are able to deadlift 176kg 7 times. Your back should be easily able to do more than 5 reps and 1 set of pullups. Maybe I'm missing a point here.

Impressive to me are your deadlifts and overhead press 'scores'. Overheadpress >70kg is strong

I think it's his bodyweight that's making chin and pull ups a bit difficult

Yeah I know, doesn't change that I'm not very patient to begin with Q_Q. The more I work out, the fatter I feel, rofl :D and I want to be shredded. Low bodyfat, athletic body (muscle mass). Not looking for 'personal' records. Also I do like to be completely fucked after the workout. Last time nearly blacked out haha :D
