Bodyweight 10.04. 113,1kg 17.04. 109,8kg First week of eating discipline and it already showed. Though I don't like it when it fluctuates that much, means that the next 1-2 weeks my weight probably won't go down (minus starving myself). But hey, at least glyocen is low now and excess water is flushed out. | ||

Weighed in about 101, down a kilo from two weeks ago which sounds about right. 7 more to go in the next ten weeks or do! Already noticeably slimmer in the waist line, a couple weeks ago i was filling out a 34 in waist for the first time in years and my 36 in jeans (i wear them because they fit my quads) were starting to fit my waist. Now 34 is a little loose and 36 starting to sag. Noticeable on my weightlifting belt too. | ||

ME DL Day: DL to a 1rm @ 235kg RDL 3x10 @ 120 Shrugs 3x15 @ 150 (almost lost a testicle a few times, I'm going to do some snatch grip work instead of this) Kroc Rows 3x20 w/50kg DB Rear Laterals 3x15 w/12.5kg DBs (hurt my elbow somehow doing these) Curls 3x10 It's too much and too heavy. I think for assistance I'm going to try doing SGDL triples, RDLs 3x10, BB rows 3x10 then curls. | ||

I don't really know what went wrong with Squats, but I feel maybe I'm just not used to the heavier weights. I basically pussied out on the first set, but at least I got under the bar again and got an extra rep in. Should be better next week. Press was ok, 73,5kg was my 1RM in December, so nice progress there (though 10kg more bw at the moment). Deadlift was good. | ||

Yeah I know, doesn't change that I'm not very patient to begin with Q_Q. The more I work out, the fatter I feel, rofl :D and I want to be shredded. Low bodyfat, athletic body (muscle mass). Not looking for 'personal' records. Also I do like to be completely fucked after the workout. Last time nearly blacked out haha :D | ||
