A parser for things is a function from strings to lists of pairs of things and strings

TY. Squat is at 155kg 1rm, bench is at 90kg for 5 reps, OHP at 57.5 for 5 reps. Will probably try to max bench next week, but I'm not really happy with either press, not my favorite lifts. I have done a clean (I think I caught it low enough for it to be a clean) for 80kg, didn't dare to jerk it tho.

Pretty solid. I've only pulled 385 lb off the ground so a little ways to go until 4 plates

Felt like doing some deadlifts up to a max today for shits and giggles Pulled 350 even though I haven't deadlifted since the first week of September, felt pretty good :D Maybe could have done 360 or so if I had more time to rest/take another shot, but I ended up running out of time can't complain about a PR though

pred bench today going 5-5-5-5 at 90kg. realised my ass was way off the bench during the 3rd set so done a 4th one to make sure i could do it/had been doing it without cheating...:/

eating below maintenance is really afecting my lifts, i almost fail today and the day before
also im starting to feel kinda scare when i lift my max, anyone have felt the same?
i would define my style between a mix of ByuN, Maru and MKP

I figured out recently that my upper back is holding me back in bench, deadlift, squats, and overhead press... So I've been focusing on keeping it super tight during those lifts and working it out harder. Helping me a lot. Currently working through a tweaked shoulder so not progressing on bench/OHP, but I pulled 110 kg easily with a double overhand grip, which I've never done before which I was happy about. I'd done 125 kg with mixed grip before... but my form was shitty as hell.

Also squatted 5x5 at 95 kg yesterday and it was borderline easy for what that used to feel like. 100 kg on Monday should go well. Hoping to finally break through that 100 kg mental block I've had for over a year (countless resets, form changes, time without a gym membership, etc... last time I was squatting 100 kg was May 2012 )

Pulled 365 lb with no belt last night (-20 from belt PR) and back's not dying today. Yay :D

Finally got my bench up from my embarassingly low 135lbs to 155lbs today for 4 reps, so happy! Still low, but hey... progress is good

Chest was never my strongpoint either. I began 8 years ago lifting the 45lb bar, and today my PR is 225LB (2 plates). Most guys are lifting 3-4 plates after 8 years of training!

100 kg squat 3 sets of 5. Haven't done it in over a year and it felt almost easy. Then I kinda lost my nerve on the fourth set, since the fucking rack snapped out of place and one side of the bar fell a few spots... Still got 3 reps out... Fifth set I was completely gassed. Then I tried to lift 115 kg deadlift and couldn't I blame fatigue/shitty diet on the weekend/stress. I'll get it on Friday.

havent updated in a minute. Manage to get in 7 heavy sessions from mon-thurs lol
tuesday
am - FS doubles up to 400
pm - cj 100 110 120 130 140 150 160 166(pr clean, no jerk) and snatch up to 125

wednesday
am - squats up to 445 (miss at 465) and yoga
pm - snatch doubles at 100, 102, 104, 106, 108, single at 110

thursday
pm - after the jackasses doing half squats and toe raises with 225 finished, i did squats up to 465. was at my buddy's gym in denver so i did it raw and in tennis shoes, random bro came up to me and said it was the most ridiculous thing he's ever seen. Inspiring bros to squat since 2010. finished with dumbbell bench and rows 3x8 @ 80

snowboarding at keystone mountain. holy shit this was exhausting. high altitutde + hangover = death. super fun though!

Slow start to the day so didn't get my whole workout this morning, just going in slow motion or something.

OHP was working up to 135 again, 3,2 and then 2x push press. Fatigued and unfocused. Not sleeping and/or eating enough I'm sure.
