Will probably try to max bench next week, but I'm not really happy with either press, not my favorite lifts. I have done a clean (I think I caught it low enough for it to be a clean) for 80kg, didn't dare to jerk it tho. BW around 82kg, would like to be around 75 but oh well... | ||

bench press: 100kg row: 80kg eating below maintenance is really afecting my lifts, i almost fail today and the day before ![]() also im starting to feel kinda scare when i lift my max, anyone have felt the same? | ||

Also squatted 5x5 at 95 kg yesterday and it was borderline easy for what that used to feel like. 100 kg on Monday should go well. Hoping to finally break through that 100 kg mental block I've had for over a year (countless resets, form changes, time without a gym membership, etc... last time I was squatting 100 kg was May 2012 ![]() | ||

Manage to get in 7 heavy sessions from mon-thurs lol tuesday am - FS doubles up to 400 pm - cj 100 110 120 130 140 150 160 166(pr clean, no jerk) and snatch up to 125 wednesday am - squats up to 445 (miss at 465) and yoga pm - snatch doubles at 100, 102, 104, 106, 108, single at 110 thursday pm - after the jackasses doing half squats and toe raises with 225 finished, i did squats up to 465. was at my buddy's gym in denver so i did it raw and in tennis shoes, random bro came up to me and said it was the most ridiculous thing he's ever seen. Inspiring bros to squat since 2010. finished with dumbbell bench and rows 3x8 @ 80 friday snowboarding at keystone mountain. holy shit this was exhausting. high altitutde + hangover = death. super fun though! today am - squats 135 225 315 365 405 435 455 465 475, 3x405 425, 2x445 pm- coaching! | ||

OHP was working up to 135 again, 3,2 and then 2x push press. Fatigued and unfocused. Not sleeping and/or eating enough I'm sure. | ||

snatch up to 125, 130x tuesday snatch up to 130, cj up to 150 wednesday FS up to 420 (thought i hit 425 for a 5 pound PR but i forgot to add 5 pounds to one side..durrr) and cleans up to 152 today squat 70 120 170 190 200 210 215 220x snatch 50 70 90 100 110 120 130 135(barely missed) 2 close misses at 138 and missed 140 behind me. I'll up up vids tomorrow. SO CLOSE GIB ME THE PRS ITS BEEN 6 MONTHS SINCE PR SNATCH | ||
