Unless you're looking for non-whey protein? You can look at rice and soy alternative. I don't know why you would though. | ||

No problem; I know that some guys at my gym prefer the hydro stuff to the regular. It's a little pricier but ON is the shit, you get what you pay for. Texture is smooth always, taste is good always. Just a little pricier than some other brands. Steve Cook uses Hydrowhey I think too. There's some wheys that are completely different (Kai Greene has that Carnivore thing based on steak, and there's rice and soy alternatives but afaik a whey isolate like hydrowhey is your best bet). | ||
