Go to the gym in the evening same day, -4 degrees celcius, 5km bike in freezing weather. (lifts) Go to the gym the next day in the morning, -3 degrees celcius, 5km bike in freezing weather. (cardio) Go to the gym later that day in the evening, -3 degrees celcius, 5km bike in freezing weather. (lifts) Come home, eat, absolutely exhausted, sleep for 14 hours. Wake up -> OH SHIT WTF? Loud as fuck beep in my left ear, it won't go away. 2 days later STILL BEEPING. Right now it's slowly getting less, please don't let it be tinnitus. Paranoid as fuck. | ||

Several times I've walked home in my gym shoes after lifting just because I forgot I had them on. You are just completely drained mentally. Really you should be able to plead temporary insanity if you fuck up post-workout | ||

I'm done with cutting, I dont think I can get stronger losing more weight as of now; No six pack, but the hint of it and enough room to gain more weight/strength in my weight class at 77,5kg now (from 81, room up to 83). My press is stalled, my leg power is almost if not equal as when I was 81 and my back is way stronger than before; will pull 250-260 within 3 weeks so I'm really satisfied. But I'm done with being hungry, I think I can do even more in the gym with more food (and carbs), looking foward to it. I have no doubt I can total 640 or smth by april (next meet), which will be really cool. 85kg away from the clean powerlifting record, in 2 years of training :D | ||
