Watched this chick squat my deadlift for 8 reps. She got the glutes, I guess I'm the sloot.

To cut to 10% bf and be under... or to ignore it and never take care of sick people in the sky? Decisions, decisions.

I guess it depends on the helicopter or something. Googling "bodyweight limit paramedic helicopter" came up with a few job postings with a 215lb limit, but I don't know shit about helicopters or being a paramedic. How many times do they weigh you? You could just do a water cycle cut for the weigh-in like it was a meet or a fight or something lol.

I would guess that it's 215 lbs for a permanent position, but I'd be riding as a student, which means I'm a whole extra person on board. Probably also depends on the size of the helicopter, the service area they cover, etc. etc. I'm not sure how often they weigh you - I didn't read past the weight limit on the contract because I was like "lol never gonna weigh that again." Since I'm not planning to cut until I'm at 210-220. I didn't think about cutting water... and having never done a water cut before, I think it would be pretty miserable to drop 15+ pounds for my first attempt. Plus helicopters have even lower ceilings than ambulances. I'm just not built for them.

Yeah a water cut in only worth a few pounds really, you'd only want to try it if you were close already. Like I could probably do a 4 day water cycle and get from 168-169 to just under 165. 15+ pounds is too far. Just take solace in the fact that they don't have a helicopter that can handle your swole.
