Not undefendable. Evra could've done exactly what Evans did just now. Stick right to him and make him miss through presence. Evra might never have beaten Ronaldo to the ball in that situations, but he certainly could've made it difficult for him to hit the target. A completely free header is infinitely easier than when a defender has his body against you.

Real Madrid have had more efforts in this game and Rafael has had a nightmare against Ronaldo and Ozil when has had drifted out wide.
However, it was Man Utd who would take the lead after winning a corner out of nothing, and Welbeck out muscled and jumped Ramos to head home from just outside the 6yard box.
Real Madrid were a bit stunned, but worked themselves back into the game and deservedly equalized. Who would be the scorer? Who else, Ronaldo. A great header and jump. Ronaldo hung in the air for seconds it felt like and just powers home a header into the bottom corner.
Even stevens at half time, even though Real could feel a bit unjust by the scoreline.

All of a sudden Man Utd are on the attack and are 4 on 3. Rooney plays it into RVP, RVP skips past Ramos, who then unleases a shot onto the cross bar.

Ref questionable at times... *cough* evra call *cough*

Lot ... Lot of questions about the giggs sub. Maybe Kagawa should have been subbed on. Pace and possession beginning to move to a game he could dictate.
