DL 1x2 60, 100, 1x1 140, 180kg
EZ-bar curls 1x5 bar+20, bar+40, bar+20

Haven't been able to eat normally the entire week due to getting settled in the new apartment, and I only managed to get 4 hours of sleep tonight, so everything felt heavy. My knee started hurting during the last squat sets, hopefully it's just the poor recovery.

Sometimes I think you are just making this stuff up. In like 5 years of gym time, not once has a girl commented on anything I ever lifted, let alone that they are normally nowhere near the area where the barbells are. Maybe you are just that cute though .

Worked up to 180lb bench and couldn't finish the first work set. I guess that's what happens when you skip a bench workout. I did get 30lb weighted pullups 3x5 so I'm happy with my progress there. Everything else was rehab for hamstring/SI joint.

DL'ed 110kg for 1 today.
Pulled my left bicep. Will not be going so close to my 1MR for a long time. I'm probably lucky i didn't snap my spine.

Make sure you don't try to curl the bar when deadlifting. As far as I know that's where the most bicepstears comes from.

Thats most likely what happened. I'm still inexperienced and am prone to form deterioration throughout a set. Was using mixxed grip, underhand on left.

If you aren't confidant in your technique and form and are generally an inexperienced lifter it's probably not too smart to be trying 1RM deadlifts

On a side note, I get my creatine and fish oil supply on Saturday so that should help me to keep progressing

Today:
Squat 1x3 60, 85, 105, 125, 1x1 140, 155, 170kg, 1x2 155kg - 170kg was easy. I'll most likely try to match my previous PR of 175kg next week.
BP 1x5 50, 65, 1x3 75, 1x2 85, 2-3-3F 97.5, 1x2F 102.5kg - I've never managed a triple with 97.5 before, so that's good I suppose. I should be able to get multiple triples on Sunday.
Pull ups 1x3 +30kg
Chin ups 2x3 +35kg
Barbell shrugs with static hold 1x5 60, 100, 140, 1x3 160, 180, 190kg - Mixed grip from 160kg. I'll try 200kg next week.
