Current: (All stats are for 3x5s, not 1RM) BW: 164 lb (74.4 kg) Bench Press: 135 lb (61 kg) Shoulder Press: 85 lb (38.5 kg) Rows: 115 lb (52 kg) Squat: 135 lb (61 kg) Deadlift: 185 lb (84 kg) Deadlift 1RM: 235 lb (106.5 kg) Goals by end of March 2013: BW: 175 lb (79.4 kg) Bench Press: 225 lb (100 kg) Shoulder Press: 150 lb (68 kg) Rows: 175 lb (79 kg) Squat: 250 lb (113 kg) Deadlift: 270 lb (122 kg) Deadlift 1RM: 320 lb (145 kg) On the case of body weight, I did get as much as 175 lb this summer. Drinking tons of beer and eating lots of pork will really pack on the pounds ![]() | ||

Squat 1x3 60, 77.5, 100, 120, 1x1 140, 2-2-2-2-3 155kg - doubles were pretty easy, so I did a triple just for fun (which wasn't too hard either). BP 1x5 47.5, 57.5, 1x3 67.5, 1x2 80, 2-3-3-3-3 95kg, 1x1 100kg Pull ups 1x5 +15kg. Semester started today, so I'm back to the Uni gym. The squats felt good but I'll need to get re-adjusted to the bench there. I'll probably go for a 170kg single on the Squat on Thursday. | ||

![]() Some updates: deadlift: 140x6 (3+ session, shitty day) ohp: 47,5kgx8 (3+ session, +2 reps and +2,5kg since last - great stuff) squat: 110kgx10 (1+ session, same reps and +7,5kg - good aswell) Numbers are going up. Need to get my eating in order if I want this to continue. | ||
