After a summer break I'm starting working out again. Bench press: 225x3, 275x1, 305x1 pr, 295x1, 275x1 dumbbell bench: 100x3x6 pullups 6-6-6-6 dumbbell curls 45x3x10 Last week: worked up to 365 squat PR was suppose to hit a 495 deadlift but was feeling weak as fuck and missed a 465. I blame it on working 60 hour weeks and raising a 2 year old. going to the gym on nothing but 4-5 hours of sleep fucking sucks | ||

Next thing, he starts to get up by getting in the "squat hole" position, then proceeds to rise in the greatest squat form I've ever seen in my entire life. He picks himself up and smiles. Kid is a complete boss. And he made my squat technique look like total shit. He did it another couple of times too. I was eager to ask him for advice, but when I called him, he came to me and only gave me a high 5. Kid knows his shit :D | ||
