I think it's harder to look good as a keeper playing for Barca or any major club. Normally you will only be tested 2-3 times each match but you need to keep your concentration up the whole 90 minutes so that you are ready for those few situations. Oliver Kahn for example always stated how hard this is and that he needed a lot of time to get used to when he made the switch from Karlsruhe to Bayern. If you play at a relegtation battler you have way more chances to prove yourself and even if one of your mistakes leads to a goal you will have plenty of opportunities to make up for it. | ||

I'm not sure I would let him replace Ivanovic, he may give away fouls but doesn't get himself sent off too much and he is much more defensive minded than many right backs in the league. I've always been a fan of having the one wing back who attacks (Cole) and the one full back who defends, having Ivanovic is kinda like having 3 CBs when it gets down to corners, he is strong as an ox and he also finishes so well when he gets forward. Mourinho was trying to sign him because he believes he is one of the best players in Chelsea. Bottom line is I think I'd like a rotation between the two to keep them fresh, putting on Azpi against teams with retarded pace on the wing and Ivanovic against teams with less pace.
