Squat: 185kg, 205kg 215kg (PR) BP: 130kg, 140kg (PR), 145kg(PR) Deadlift: 215kg, 235kg, 242.5kg (PR) Total: 602.5kg @ 81 I got 2nd place, the asshole I always compete with got a deadlift suit, so he tied me on his last pull I guess I get the moral victory. And the bench press open victory (it wa considered a 2nd event) Best lifting of my life obv, will post vids later. Fuck that though, I won't be wearing any of those gay suits, IPF rules or not. I'm going after world records. | ||

the video says 215@81, wasn't your normal weight class like 77kg? So basically did you move up or could not make weight in time and just said 'screw it' and started eating like a horse? Anyway, your numbers have become majorly impressive. You seem to have your training figured out, always improving since you have been posting here. Very awesome. | ||

Now I'll focus on losing my bodyfat so I can bulk up again to 83 and get ridic strong. I think depth is good enough for a clear white light, because of the wraps and the shoes you can't really go much deeper. BP I did 145kg but camera man missed it. Here is 140 And 242,5kg deadlift | ||
