Warm up: squat-10 military press-10 good morning-10 Pulls + Snatch- 50-3+3, 60-3+3, 70-3+3, 80-3+3, 90-3+3,100-2+3, 100-2+2, 110-2+2, 110 2+2 100 2+3 Clean and Jerk - 4x2-115, 1x2-120 Back Sq.- 60 5, 70 5, 90-5, 110-3, 120-3, 140-3, 150-3, 165-3, 170- 3 180-2, 190-2x2 (hit 190x4 on last set yeah buddy) Good Morning- 60 3 sets of 8 There were actually a couple more sets of back of squats and auxiliarys i didn't even have time for T_T 190x4 was fucking beast mode though. barely hit the 180x2 and 190x2 then i just went ape shit on the last set. barely missed the 5th rep. 190 is 95% of my 1rm and 2xbw and i smashed it for 4 reps...feelsgoodman | ||
