I am by no means a clean expert and my own form is horrible in the clean, but it seems like he should focus on getting elbows up and under the bar faster. In the second video he teaches "sweeping" the bar, this is not what is taught in the californiastrength videos (atleast I am pretty sure it is not). Is this another thing where you just go by feel? | ||

Also I have been trying to fix my swinging too. ![]() Also check out this program: http://assets.teamusa.org/assets/documents/attached_file/filename1/52336/Zygmunt_training_upload.pdf I copied it and sent it to some of the guys I coach. I like it a lot since you can work on different areas of the lift. | ||
