Technique tips? I know I dip slowly in the jerk, but it helps me keep my positions better. I think it'll get slowly faster. | ||

I like the slow dip for you, but your knees cave in and need to stay tighter. Back leg on the jerk is too straight which causes your torso to lean forward. snatch and cleans look strong! | ||

It's more of a problem of that I'm a student and play sports (aka 6AM-6PM weekdays), closest gym to me (Chikara Sport) is ~25-30 minute drive, and I've already gotten all the equipment and so I really can't justify more costs (uh, to my parents btw... still a minor lol). Waxman's is like an hour drive away x.x I'm just trying my best self-coached and trying to avoid developing some bad habits, which I probably have... I'll get a coach when I'm in college and have a little more freedom. | ||
